Welcome everyone to our new web site.  Why are we here and what's the big deal about?

Well, our brand new site is dedicated to the Real Estate Industry here in the lovely and effervescent Riviera Maya.   But Industry news?  Why yes, because after years of growth, there has NOT been one place, one site, where industry insiders can go to read the news.  In fact, the only real way to get real news was walking the streets and filter the rumor from fact. Now with Riviera Maya Real Estate News those days are gone.

We are dedicated in getting the story.  From Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, Tulum and all points in between, Riviera Maya Real Estate News (RMRE) will give you the objective facts.  Yes, we said objective. No fluff.  In fact, the market is in for a shock because the days of reporting the good only and ignoring the bad are over. 

The truth is that a healthy market demands debate, conversation, market forces,  community involvement, and professionals not only dedicated to self interest but utilizing the market forces to add value to the community as a whole, not only for today, for tomorrow as well.   By encouraging and empowering such, we at RMRE can add value and be part of the positive change that makes the Riviera Maya such a great place.

For example, if we find out that a builder has no permit for some value added addition yet is promoting those items to the market, we will let you know.  We will protect the buyers interests from those that choose to harm the community and it's reputation.  You see market leaders are behind us 100%.  Quality and Community are not just words here in the Riviera Maya, they are important core values that our new order of community leaders demand

So to us, it's news like this that allow you, the reader, to judge the real market and not just the perceived market created by fluff and puff. That's not to say, we won't promote.  You bet we will be promoting.  Hey, we believe in the RIviera Maya.  What's not to promote?  So expect us to get excited about great projects, developers that sell good stuff, and leaders who do good in our community.  Those are the good people, the winners, and you need to get to know them.

Furthermore, RMRE will be engaging in and sponsoring seminars that educate buyers, sellers, investors, and industry professionals.  We we will be out there and contribute.
