The time has come  For investors, the much-anticipated Tides Selection Celebration Weekend is a few short weeks away and The Tides can’t wait to share their five-star vision of the Riviera Maya with you.

From beachfront accommodations to gourmet dining, championship golf excursions to world-class spa experiences, yachting adventures to beach parties—The Tides lined up three days of luxe leisure to showcase the new Playa del Carmen lifestyle. 

With an exclusive guest list and a nearly unlimited array of activities, this very special weekend will be the perfect opportunity to toast investors new purchases at The Tides.

For those yet to make their selection, it will also be the last opportunity to choose from the limited Phase One and Phase Two offerings.

Thursday, July 6   

- 9 AM – 6 PM   Arrival and check-in at Mosquito Beach boutique hotel.  In your room, check out our arrival gift bag (packed with stylish essentials to make your stay more comfortable) and complimentary mini-bar, stocked throughout your stay for elegant convenience. 

- 8 PM – 10:30 PM   Cocktail welcome reception poolside at Mosquito Beach Mingle with your sales director and future Tides neighbors while you enjoy a menu of savories (created by acclaimed Ikal del Mar executive chef Erick Anguiano). Relax with a glass of champagne or a signature Tides cocktail while our live DJ and ambient tracks put you in a Playa state of mind.  

 Friday, July 7 

- 8 AM – 10:30 AM   Seaside breakfast at Mosquito Beach.  Greet the day and your new friends with a deluxe beach breakfast, prepared with elegant care by the staff from Kor Hotel Group’s award-winning Ikal del Mar.

- 10:30 AM – 5 PM   World-class regional activities.  Indulge in your favorite pastime--or take up a new one--with a Tides sales director as your guide. Choose from golfing at Greg Norman’s signature El Cameleon course at Mayakoba; touring one of the Riviera Maya’s celebrated eco-parks or cenotes; a decadent spa treatment at Ikal del Mar; a day on the high seas on Kor’s 103-foot Kordura Yacht; or simply lounging at The Tides Beach Club, where the bar will be open throughout the day.   Please inform your Tides sales director of your preference as soon as possible to ensure a place in your preferred activity.  

- 8 PM – 11 PM   Cocktails and dinner at Negrosal.  Join us for an evening of fine tastes at this stunning new Playa destination. Don’t miss wine tasting in the cellar and family-style dining in either the VIP lounge or alfresco.  

- 10:30 PM – LATE   Late night revelry.  Sink into the seductive nightlife of Playa at Kartabar, Diablito Cha Cha Cha and La Santanera—VIP tables will be waiting for you at each destination.  

Saturday, July 8 

- 8:30 AM – 11 AM  Family-style brunch at Mosquito Beach.  Save room for seconds at a sumptuous morning brunch exclusively for The Tides’ guests, in preparation for Selection Saturday

- 11 AM – 11:00 PM   Document Authorization  For reservation holders who have committed to a unit or who plan to commit on this day, conveniently execute your Mexican power-of-attorney document with our preferred notary at the site of your future home, The Tides. Please schedule a 15-minute window with your sales director for this important event, a requirement for all purchasers.  1 PM – 10:00 PM   Selection Appointments  For our reservation holders who have not selected their Tides resort residence prior to arrival, please schedule an appointment with your sales director to choose from our available Phase One and Phase Two units.  

- 11 AM – 5:30 PM   KORDURA yacht excursion.  For those with a love for open water, ride by private coach to Puerto Aventuras and embark on a day of luxurious cruising on Kor’s 103-foot private yacht bound for your ultimate destination: The Tides Beach Club. Please contact your sales director to schedule a document authorization appointment that won’t conflict with your excursion. 

- 10:30 AM – 5 PM   A day at The Tides Beach Club.   Glide along on a catamaran carve lines on a jet ski snorkel the azure waters of the Caribbean pamper yourself with a beachside massage or just kick back on a chaise for lunch, drinks and relaxed elegance.

- 5 PM – 8 PM   Cocktails at Mosquito Beach.   Rest, relax and whet your appetite for a dinner you’ll never forget at The Tides.  8 PM – Midnight   Beach Party and Gala Dinner at The Tides.  Satisfy your senses at a mystical, ritual and epicurean celebration fusing Mayan flavors with gourmet fare as only Ikal del Mar’s Erick Anguiano can. Cocktail service, dinner under the stars, live music and more are sure to make this a night to remember.

- Midnight – LATE   Late night revelry, revisited.  In case you missed it the night before, VIP service awaits at Kartabar, Diablito Cha Cha Cha and La Santanera.

Sunday, July 9 

8:30 AM – 11 AM    Beachside Breakfast at Mosquito Beach.  Enjoy a last repast with the morning breeze and tranquil waters of our Caribbean idyll in preparation for your return flight.All day    Checkout  With new memories to last a lifetime (and posh parting gifts to enjoy at your leisure), we say hasta luego  until we meet again for the grand opening of The Tides Playa del Carmen.
