Having made Whistler British Columbia Canada, one of North America’s premier winter resort areas, my home since the late 1980’s, I offer the real world knowledge of vacation resort real estate and can share that with you. The past two years I have had the pleasure of residing and working here in Playa del Carmen Mexico which is turning out to be one of the dynamic new beach vacation destinations on planet.

Prior to moving Whistler I lived in Australia for one year while training for International Whitewater Kayaking competitions. Trading in my paddles for skis I lived in France for 2 years where I worked as a ski guide in Val D'Isere.

Noticing that people every where travel in prosperous times or not, and that resort real estate values continually rise, gave me the insight that resort recreational property is a vital part of one’s investment and lifestyle portfolio. Hence my focus today for you.

I have a 4 year degree from University of Toronto in 1986, completed the Canadian Securities Course in 1981 while working on the floor of the Toronto Stock Exchange and I am now a qualified Realtor within the Canadian Association of Realtors as well as the American National Association of Realtors (NAR)
