Let's Talk Real Estate is the Talk of the Town

The Real Estate Market in the Riviera Maya of Mexico has a new kid in town and it's not a new office or new agent but a Podcast.  That's right a Real Estate Podcast.  What's a Podcast you say?  Well, it's a like a radio show you can listen to anytime, anywhere, on the net or in your mp3 player.

With host J.P. Money, Let's Talk Real Estate has taken off and produced 4 successfully shows.  The original show featured Shawn Bandick, owner of One Stop Real Estate in Playa del Carmen and explored How to Successfully Invest in the Vacation Property Market.

"I had so much fun doing the show" says Shawn Bandick.  "More, to my surprise, several prospective buyers who have listened to the show have contacted me and we are currently working on a few deals"

Subsequently, Judi Shaw from Remax Playa has also appeared on the show to discuss "How to make Real Estate Sales a Long Term Career in the Riviera Maya and  Roger Van der Veer of Playa Realty met up with J.P. Money to talk about New Growth in the Riviera Maya. 

Betty Ontiveros, Operations Manager at Riviera Maya Real Estate News says "Not everyone likes to read on the net.  In fact, the trends around the world a moving fast and podcasting has quickly become a medium that users on the go can really get with.  And with our PodCast, we aim to inform the marketplace and present our lovely Mexican Caribbean Marketplace to the world.

"I love it.  It's what's needed" says Melissa Corerra of Aqua Realty who appeared on a recent show to talk about the Condo Hotel concept here in the Riviera Maya.

"t's a work in progress and we are learning as we go" says J.P. Money, host and creator of the show.  I know we are not perfect but that's the beauty. We want to present our guests to the market as they are.  We feel that the good people in our industry can find a voice to share our most beautiful market place with those out in the world that are looking to the Riviera Maya as a place to invest.

Upcoming shows for the month of August will feature talks with Richard Brinkley, owner of Lion Head Realty Service in Puerto Aventuras and Gary Wendt, developer and owner of Playa Citizen in Playa del Carmen. 
Over time, all areas of the Rivera Maya Real Estate Market will be covered including the villages of Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen,  Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, Tulum and even the Islands of Cozumel and Isla Mujeres the virgin coast of the Costa Maya and even the new and improved Cancun.
