Gran Porto Real Hotel Hosts Coming Out Party for Ximbalki'in
Ximbalki'in Smashes Price Points in the Ejido Area of Playa del Carmen
A new master planned community on the other side of the
highway in the new city of Playa del Carmen has taken shape. Ximbalki'in, a
23 lot master planned community with underground utilities, community gym and
pool, security, privacy, walled lots, gardens, and community patio areas is now
available.
To announce this ground breaking development, One Stop Real
Estate hosted a party in the Grand Ballroom at the Gran Porto Real Hotel this
past Tuesday night. The list of guests were
a who’s who in the Real Estate business.
From 6pm to 10pm, VIP guests were
treated to lovely drinks with wine and ord’huerves. Jorge Penkoff, partner at One Stop Real
Estate, gave the guests a targeted presentation and invited all to contribute
to its success.
“Jorge and One Stop was a gracious host and gave us the green light to go
for it” said Denise Verdugo, a guest at the party.
“We came today to get to know the project and the
possibilities” said Brian Murphy
from Conficasa Financing. “It’s a great
chance for us to network and meet the players in the project”.
Located directly behind the Chevrolet dealership in the Ejido area west of the main highway, Ximbalki'in promises to be a new type of
development that is kicking up the south west side of Playa del Carmen.
In the Ejido, the past has been that locals bought lots
and built homes and buildings without much thought to master planning. However, with the Campestre area taking shape
with middle and higher end homes, Ximbalkiin now adds a new dimension to the
area.
“This is ground breaking because it raises the bar of what
is possible across the highway” says Rocio Lopez, a attendee at the coming out
party.
Ximbalki'in is raising the bar on prices too. With lots starting from $ 110,316.00 usd to a
market shaking $ 242,166.00, the prices are clearly at the very top of the
market in the Ejido area. The average price of each lot is $ 300 usd per meter squared. Lot sizes are from 367m2 to 807m2.
“We’ve already taken a few advance orders” says Shawn Bandick of One Stop Real Estate. “In fact, the developers will be raising the
prices as soon as the first 5 lots are sold. The high quality of the project is
demanding higher prices in a market that has nothing but upside”.
