Come On Playa Let's Go Party 

The TM Real Estate Group from Spain headed by Director Abel Garcia, Manager Joaquin Serna, and Sales Director Miguel Rico presented the first major real estate party of the high season here in Playa del Carmen Mexico.  Held last night at the Royal Porto Real Hotel, the packed house sipped cocktails while they learned all about the brand new XCalaCoco Beach Resort development project.  "We are ready to sell it" said Ricardo Barton of Riviera Realtors and past President of AMPI. 

The coming out party was a major success with the after party held at OM just off 5th avenue.  Hey, don't take our word for it.  Check out the video.  That's right.....instead of showing you a few boring picures, we've created a little fun slideshow video for you to enjoy.  Real Estate is a serious business but sometimes are local professionals just gotta get out there and have a cocktail or two.  Enjoy!

Riviera Maya Agents Visit Bourbon Street 

Melissa Correa, owner of Agua Group and Judi Shaw of Remax-Playa hooked up and traveled to New Orleans this past week for 4 days with 25,000 other real estate agents at the National Association of Realtors Convention.  "It was amazing" says Judi "so many opportunies, people, things, and yes, job offers too".  "Yeah I was able to see and listen to speeches from President George W. Bush and Former President Bill Clinton" Melissa reports. "We were so busy networking, learning...I don't think we slept for 4 days".  Tranquila Amigas!

New Office Opens in Puerto Morelos

Amber Pierce Shultz, owner of Mayan Riviera Properties in Puerto Morelos reports the opening of their brand new office in the town square.  "We are sister companies with ITANCAN, an investment and development firm run by Josh Schulz, long time resident in Puerto Morelos" say Amber. "We are both Federally Certified Agents here in the Riviera Maya and we are really getting things moving with a new web site and our brand new office".
