"My day job is real estate and my art passion is music" says Brad who also runs the Mojo Zone Studio. I provided my studio and time to the project because they aim to get 30,000 presents for the kids and come up with enough money to perform 10 serious needed surgeries for local children" says Brad. The CD is called "Un Regalo de Corazon" and is available on 5th avenure wherever you see a Christmas Tree where they are asking for donations. Or you can contact Brad and get your CD.
REALTOR IN COZUMEL PUSHED APPRAISAL ANALYSIS
Greg Czora of Remax Cozumel is giving every listing prospect an APPRAISAL SPREADSHEET. "An appraisal is a very valueable tool to help determine the listing price at which to sell, especially for properties with a house or other construction on them. Without an appraisal, the only way to come up with a listing price is to guess. If you guess too low, you won't get as much as your property is worth under current market conditions. If you guess too high, it will take longer than necessary to sell your property than it would if the price is in the proper range. In fact, with too high a listing price you will actually help sell other similar listings in your area that are priced lower. All things being close to equal, buyers will go with the lower price. The bottom line is that I given and think all realtors need to provide an appraisal spreadsheet analysis to listing prospects because this will improve our collective marketing area wide. As an agent for the RE/MAX office Cozumel For Sale, Greg Czora is working hard to insure that his clients that list with his office get the very best value.
