I really enjoyed the real estate seminar I recently attended in Playa Del Carmen on "The Inside Secrets of Buying Real Estate in the Riviera Maya." It focused on all the major topics of interest to anyone considering investing in the area. There were individual speakers on many topics including the history of the area, specifics on the current market, and potential of many of the individual growth areas from North of Playa Del Carmen to South of Tulum.
I really enjoyed the real estate seminar I recently attended in Playa Del Carmen on "The Inside Secrets of Buying Real Estate in the Riviera Maya." It focused on all the major topics of interest to anyone considering investing in the area. There were individual speakers on many topics including the history of the area, specifics on the current market, and potential of many of the individual growth areas from North of Playa Del Carmen to South of Tulum. The local government master development plans had been researched and were presented giving investors a good idea of where the planned growth will happen. I found the seminars on financial aspects such as closing costs, whether to buy using a trust vs. a corporation, and financing options for real estate purchases were of crucial importance. A keynote address on market trends in the Riviera Maya was something you would not want to miss.Another aspect of the seminar which was very beneficial was that most of the speakers had booths which you could visit to get additional or specific information about projects or financing. I missed attending the tours of some of the properties offered for sale during the second afternoon but I liked that idea. The finale was a gala dinner on the beach with all the trimmings. This was great and gave me a chance to mingle with many of the sponsors of the seminar.All in all it was very worthwhile to attend this seminar. I look forward to attending next year to catch all the updates.
