If you have an issue with any Real Estate Firm and/or person in the Riviera Maya, as an RMRE Member, you can SEEK A RESOLUTION
All you do is file your issue with RMRE using our RESOLUTION CENTER. RMRE will forward the filing to the addressee directly and request a response.
Certified RMRE Members are required to respond to all SEEK A RESOLUTION filings in order to maintain their certification status.
Companies with excellent response records will get our highest ratings. Companies with poor response or no response will get our losest ratings.
While we cannot guarantee you a resolution, we can contribute to it's possible success. As a Consumer Watchdog service, we aim to provide users a place to go to resolve issues.
How to SEEK A RESOLUTION
1. Read our Resolution Center Agreement
2. You need to be member of RMRE to participate in our SEEK A RESOLUTION system. If you are a member, login. If you are not a member, please register here.
4. Our Resolution Team will respond to your ticket within 24 hours and forward the issue to the addresse and request a response. We will ask them to contact you direclty and copy us on the outcome so that we can log for our records
