Everyone on the east coast of the Yucatan penninsula is keeping tabs on the weather down around Jamaica.  Hurrican Gustav is projected to pass between Mexico and Cuba (closer to Cuba) between the hours of 8am on Saturday and 8am on Sunday morning.  As of this writing Mexico has not issued any formal alerts or warnings.  Below is the satellite map of the area including the gulf of Mexico.
