Shawn Bandick
My husband Shawn and I (Suzanne) are originally from British Columbia, Canada. We were very happy there but, we desired a new playground. A tropical one please. So, we sold our businesses and we packed up what fit in our Toyota 4 runner (not much since our 2 kids Brianna and Riley wanted to bring most of their stuffed animals) and headed to Mexico.
We spent a year in Puerto Vallarta on the west coast and had a wonderful time. Awesome people but very well developed and we wanted someplace with more business potential – thus we ended up in Playa del Carmen, on the Caribbean coast of Mexico. Lots of potential for growth and excitement and adventure and the most beautiful beaches and palm trees...we invite you to come play with us.
My degree and areas of expertise are in marketing, management, and business development. Shawn also has a marketing background and he was a business analyst for a major company in the U.S. His previous experience before that was in architectural millwork.
Jorge Pentkoff
Our partner Jorge Penkoff was born in Mexico City and has lived in Cancun and Playa del Carmen with his wife Adriana and their 3 children: Ricardo, Jorge Luis, and Paulina. Jorge also spent a year in Florida.
He and his family have 20 years experience in Cancun and Mayan Riviera real estate. Adriana is also one of the founders and currently the principal of a terrific bi-lingual private school here.
By the way, Jorge knows pretty well everyone from here to Cancun so he always knows who can do something or where to get whatever you need.
