RESOLUTION CENTER AGREEMENT

RMRE is only a conduit for resolution and cannot and will not enforce a resolution.

RMRE is only a facilitator and 3rd party to effect a resolution. Certifcation only requires that the Cerfitied respond and not necessarily affect a positive or negative outcome. RMRE realizes that resolution in many cases requires an arbitor and/or court order.  RMRE is neither.

Thus, by using the RESOLUTION CENTER system and agreeing to these terms herein, members agree to hold RMRE harmless on any and all resolutions, actions, non-actions, lawsuits, court actions, or any other legal action in any country including but not limited to the country of Mexico.

Furthermore, the parties involved understand and accept that RMRE has a RESOLUTION CENTER system only as a matter of community service to add value to integrity and transparency to the marketplace and in no way shape or form passes it self off as a government and/or legal authority. In other words, RMRE is just providing a kind and considerate service to help people resolve their issues.

Abuse of the system is not allowed. Furthermore, certified members agree to NOT hold RMRE responsible for any negative consequences between the parties concerned.
